In today’s Fantasy Life Newsletter, presented by SuperDraft Fantasy’s new Super 15 game, we enjoy Waz’s updated rankings. It's 10/2.
Waz is back with his updated Week 4 rankings, as well as some notes on how injuries could impact things. Take it away, Waz…
* Dalvin Cook (RB10) put in a full week of limited practices this week and should be expected to carry a near-full workload tomorrow. Be mindful that he’s ranked a bit lower than his usual expectation because he’ll be facing a respectable Browns rush defense that hasn’t allowed 50 yards or a touchdown to a running back through three weeks (Chiefs, Texans, Bears) and ranks 4th in DVOA against the run.
* All eyes have been on George Kittle (TE3) and his calf injury this week. After not practicing on Wednesday or Thursday, he put in limited work on Friday, and I’d expect us to hear more about his status for tomorrow afternoon’s home game against the Seahawks at some point today. If he doesn’t play, we know Ross Dwelley (NR) will see targets in that system, but he’s not worth the start on your fantasy team this week.
*With Julio Jones and A.J. Brown out this week due to hamstring injuries, many have been taking it to narrative street and considering Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (WR62) as an upside play. I’d steer clear of that direction and would only consider starting Derrick Henry (RB1), Corey Davis (WR34), and Michael Carter (RB34) from the Titans-Jets matchup.
* After an ankle injury kept Josh Jacobs (RB28) on the sidelines, he put in limited work at practice on Friday. He’s conservatively ranked due to his Monday night game start time, but if he is active and you have the flexibility, Jacobs could flirt with Top 15 numbers against a Chargers rush defense that ranks 31st in DVOA.
* Darrell Henderson (RB25) has been nursing a ribs injury but put in a full practice yesterday and should be able to go against the Cardinals tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately, this continues to muddy the waters for both him and Sony Michel (RB31) since they will continue to limit each other’s upside for workhorse volume.

You know the “pick your $15 team” meme? Well, SuperDraft turned it into a game. Introducing Super 15. All you have to do is pick 5 out of 25 players with $15 in salary.
Here’s my lineup for Week 4:
Because there are no positional requirements it is possible to play 3 QBs, but I’m going with two stacks and a one-off D.J. Moore. I think Moore is way too cheap at $2. Think you can do better? See superdraft.io/terms-service for eligibility restrictions on paid contests).
