Anytime touchdown bets are a fun way to bet on football. Who doesn’t love cashing in on big plays and guys finding paydirt? At the same time, the overall TD market is often laden with poor, to questionable, pricing as books generally have a big hold on many of the TD bets they offer.

Still, there are also pockets of value to be found in this kind of market, and every week I’ll be going through trying to find the best TD props for you using the FantasyLife+ projections and prop finder tool, which allows you to line shop for the best prices across all the major sportsbook in a flash.

Let’s dive into to Week and see what the FantasyLife+ tools can unearth for the first big slate of the season.

Week 2 NFL TD Props

Zack Moss Anytime TD (+150; bet365)

For my first prop of the week, I’m going right back to an RB who scored for us last week and paid off at the same price (+150) he is set at in Week 2.

Per our Utilization Report, Zack Moss took 69% of the Week 1 carries for the Bengals, played on 65% of the snaps, and took 100% of the carries from inside of the five-yard line.

Despite the great performance and a clear signal, that he’ll be the Bengals' preferred goal-line back, Moss is still being priced somewhat like a non-main carry RB at +150 (40% implied probability).

The Bengals are 6.0 point underdogs but they are also playing a Chiefs team that ranked 28th in EPA per rush last week and allowed a rushing TD to Derrick Henry. Long story short, I have no problem going back to Moss at this price in Week 2–-and potentially beyond--if he keeps being set at +150 or better.

Josh Jacobs Anytime TD (+120; bet365)

I was on the fence about this one to begin the week, but at plus money, the matchup for Jacobs outweighs the QB concerns for me this week.

The Colts were dreadful against the rush last week against Houston, allowing 159 yards and a rushing TD to Joe Mixon while ranking 28th in EPA against the rush.

Jacobs should be scheduled for a big workload in this game as the Packers try and prevent Malik Willis from dropping back in the pocket, where he’s very prone to taking sacks. While Jacobs was spelled by Emanuel Wilson in Week 1, he still took 75% of the carries for Green Bay and had a monopoly on the inside the 5 carries.

Despite not scoring in Week 1, he’s likely to find more success against a potential funnel-to-the-run defense in Indianapolis.

Ray-Ray McCloud (+500; bet365)

McCloud came through for me last week as one of my ladder targets, posting a 4-52 line on a team-high seven targets. I am not under the impression that McCloud is going to lead this team in yards and targets for the rest of the season, but his role was overlooked by a lot of people.

With Rondale Moore out, McCloud is the starting slot receiver for Atlanta and his 27% target share from Week 1 was a good reminder that any receiver who dominates slot reps has a chance to break out.

The Eagles secondary had a tough time containing another speedy slot receiver last week in Jayden Reed and their issues in covering other team’s slot/WR3s go back to last season as well when they allowed TDs to Jahan Dotson, K.J. Osborn, Tutu Atwell, Jamison Crowder, Jalen Tolbert, Jauan Jennings, Jaxon Smith-Njigbaand Trey Palmer in 2023.

I expect the Falcons’ passing game to be sharper this week and with McCloud’s TD props bigger than they were last week, I don’t mind adding him as a speculative play for Week 2.

Greg Dulcich Anytime TD (+700; FanDuel)

Leaning on our Utilization Report once again, we can see that while Dulcich only managed two catches for 12 yards in Week 1. He was only on the field for over 60% of the offensive snaps and had a strong 69% route rate.

The Broncos WR group is a bit of a disaster if we are being honest, as they were throwing the ball a ton to a seventh-round draft pick in Devaughn Vele (8-39) against Seattle.

Dulcich is a huge mismatch for any linebacker and is in a better spot in Week 2 against Pittsburgh who has terrific shutdown corners but isn't as strong in coverage down the middle. They allowed a TD last week to Kyle Pitts and allowed seven TDs to the TE position last year, tied for fourth most in the league.

Via the prop finder tool, you can get Dulcich as big as +700 at FanDuel and if you want to get really spicy, he’s also +13000 to score multiple times this week.
