No one wants a stagnant roster. It's time to make some moves.

Let’s get into some buyin’, sellin’, and holdin’.

BUY

Double Trouble TEs vs. Tampa

The Travis Kelce and George Kittle Experience is officially under way!

Not only is Kittle the "TE1 the rest of the way," but he and Kelce are both about to face Tampa Bay in the next few weeks. AND BOYYYY DOES TAMPA SUCK AGAINST TEs.

Remember how we all thought Mark Andrews was toast at the beginning of the season? And remember how he blew up with 4 catches for 41 yards and TWO TDs in Week 7?!

Yeaaaaa. That was against Tampa.

Oh, and remember how we all finally saw Kyle Pitts do Kyle Pitts things in Week 8 when he caught 4 passes for 91 yards and TWO TDs?!

Yeaaaaa. That was against Tampa.

Now, we have Kelce and Kittle facing off against the Bucs in Weeks 9 and 10. Could we really see more double TD TEs against Tampa?

All signs would point to yes.

It's a good thing Baker Mayfield can keep his offense scoring even without Chris Godwin and Mike Evans on the field. Because I have a feeling he'll have to keep playing catchup against all of these tall boys with the tight ends.

WR George Pickens, Pittsburgh Steelers

I'll keep this short and sweet: I hate to say it, but Russell Wilson is cooking again.

And if I was a betting woman (I am), I would guess that many of you are in leagues where the George Pickens manager only checks the box score in their lineup each week.

They keep seeing that Pickens has only scored 1 TD all season. And they don't realize that multiple TDs were called back against Pickens in Week 8.

Coupled with PIT's bye week this week, you might be able to snag a pretty sweet deal. It’s time to capitalize on your leaguemate’s tunnel vision!

The Browns Are Back

Mom! Wake up!

It feels good to root for the Browns again!

Now that Thou Who Shall Not Be Named But Is Definitely Getting Paid is out for the season, Jameis Winston is stepping up and showing off.

Don’t believe me? Just check your league’s waiver wire transactions from Wednesday morning and tell me how much your friends bid on Cedric Tillman

SELL

This week we're selling:

TE Adam Troutman, Denver Broncos

Hey Sean Payton…

Stop trying to make Adam Troutman happen. It's not going to happen.

First of all, this is more of a "stay the hell away" than a "sell" piece, since most of you were never rostering Adam Troutman in the first place! But it needs to be said nonetheless.

Because Week 8’s results were a mirage, I say! We’re not chasing fool's gold here:

  • Week 1: 1 target, 0-0-0
  • Week 2: 0 targets
  • Week 3: 1 target, 1-13-0
  • Week 4: 0 targets
  • Week 5: 1 target, 1-19-0
  • Week 6: 0 targets
  • Week 7: 3 targets, 0-0-0
  • Week 8: 4 targets, 4-85-1

I'm convinced this was just Troutman’s necessitated National Tight Ends Day bump, because look at all those nasty zeros. (Ew!) I'm not sure Bo Nix even knows Troutman exists half the time.

Until we EVER start to see more than just crumbs of targets going Toutman's way, we can't trust this type of production moving forward.

To put it simply, Troutman is sooo not fetch.

HOLD

Sometimes we need to just take a second to think. Don't overreact.

This week, we're holding:

WR Malik Nabers, New York Giants

Duuuude, where's my WR1?!?

Everything was falling into place for a while there. I had drafted a talented rookie. He was climbing the ranks almost immediately. He was blessing my fantasy team with top-five WR production! But then…

*Insert audio of Wile E. Coyote falling*

Malik Nabers' fantasy points fell right off a cliff!

  • Week 1: 5-66-0 (WR 32)
  • Week 2: 10-127-1 (WR 3)
  • Week 3: 8-78-2 (WR 3)
  • Week 4: 12-115-0 (WR 12)
  • Week 5: out
  • Week 6: out
  • Week 7: 4-41-0 (WR 43)
  • Week 8: 7-71-0 (WR 37)

But just like Wile E., we aren't going to give up.

No no no. We are not letting go of Malik. We drafted a top-tier WR who has shown us how well he can perform. We can’t let a few yellow flags and bad passes scare us off, right? Right!?

If you cared to watch the Giants on Monday night, you witnessed how many times Malik was open and ready to make a big play. I mean… Nabers led the league in unrealized air yards in Week 8 with 131! (Sheesh!)

I just know Week 2-4 Malik Nabers is still hiding inside of the Giants' offense somewhere… And I'm not ready to let go.
