In today's Fantasy Life Newsletter, presented by Bud Light:

NFL Free Agency is mostly wrapped up, although we have a few stragglers still holding things up.

Fortunately, our guy Ian just put together a roundup of the best available free agents.

And although I’m loath to devote too much time discussing a certain QB who has become a pro at keeping their name in the headlines, I am interested in thinking through how these dominoes could reshape the fantasy landscape.

Here are my predictions (all from the gut, btw—there’s no “Petey Sources” here) for how this all plays out …

Aaron Rodgers - After the Vikings and Steelers both pass on him, Aaron spends a few months publicly pouting and drawing attention to himself. During training camp, some team will suffer an injury at QB and Rodgers will throw on his cape to lead another organization to a 5-12 finish.

Russell Wilson - The Steelers bring back Wilson for pennies and then draft Jaxson Dart with their 21st overall pick. Wilson throws three picks in Week 4 and the team turns to Dart.

Jameis Winston - The Giants sign Winston and draft Shedeur Sanders. Winston starts two games and throws for 4TDs and 4 INTs before getting benched for the rookie.

J.K. Dobbins - Dobbins signs with the Browns, beats out Jerome Ford for the starting gig, and dunks on all of the haters again while delivering a Top-24 RB finish.

Stefon Diggs - I like Ian’s suggestion of hooking up with his baby bro in Dallas. From there, he averages 2.4 targets per game, gets super mad at Dak Prescott, and finally quits football for good in an Antonio Brown-esque fashion.

Keenan Allen - He messages the WR group chat, “Screw it, y’all might not want nothing to do with ‘em, but I’m going to New England for some cash & clam chowder.” He proceeds to catch 80 balls as Drake Maye’s favorite WR.

Waz’s 2025 Half-PPR Rankings

Can Bucky Irving be ranked ahead of Jonathan Taylor? And Christian McCaffrey? A case can be made. Rob Waziak has chimed in with his early rankings for 2025, and there are plenty of players up for discussion. Bo Nix is coming off a breakout rookie season, and is slotted in the top 10, ahead of some quarterbacks who could surprise. There are even multiple WRs coming off injury smack dab in the middle of the top 10, proving they have enough staying power and a good offensive environment to produce in 2025. THE NEXT DOMINANT TE

Time to Sell High on Brian Thomas in Dynasty?

Brian Thomas is 22 and just finished a stellar rookie season where he dazzled on the field on the way to WR4 overall. He finished in style, scoring 4 TDs during the fantasy playoffs to win so many people titles. A young, ascending WR with little pass-catching competition sounds like a dream player in dynasty. Could his value be any higher? Sam Wallace proposes the idea of at least listening to offers, in case any of your leaguemates HAVE TO HAVE BTJ.

It never hurts to throw some bait out there, in case anyone bites. Sam has a few other players worthy of at least getting a temperature check in case their trade value is just too good to pass up the return. Check it out. ⬇️

J.J. McCarthy IS NOW EVEN MORE VALUABLE
